Reservation Policies:

• ABOVE RATES INCLUDE ALL TAXES.
• Rates are for double occupancy; $5.00 for each additional person up to four total per room
• Reservations require a one-night deposit to be received by mail within one week of date made.
• One-week cancellation notice required for refund.
• Two-night minimum required in summer and most holidays.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• No-smoking or pets permitted.
